New in Ecofleet: vehicle technical data by VIN in one click

Fleet management should be fast, accurate and free of unnecessary paperwork. That's why we're bringing a new feature to the Ecofleet application that makes adding and managing vehicles in the system much simpler.

Just enter the vehicle's VIN and confirm, and the application automatically retrieves the available technical data from the Czech Vehicle Register. No manual retyping, no lengthy searching for details and no needless mistakes.

Less paperwork, more time for what matters 

Previously, when adding a vehicle to the system, the technical parameters had to be filled in by hand. This process was not only slow but often prone to errors.

Thanks to the new integration in Ecofleet, most of the details are filled in automatically within a few seconds. Fleet managers can therefore add vehicles faster, more accurately and with minimal administration.

What data the system can retrieve

Once you enter the VIN, the application can automatically fill in a range of technical details about the vehicle, for example:

• date of first registration
• vehicle category
• engine type and maximum power output
• fuel type (petrol, diesel, hybrid, electric)
• emission standard
• dimensions and weights
• wheelbase and track width
• technical inspection validity

If your organisation has the extended form for detailed technical data activated, further information may also be available, such as the vehicle's technical certificate number or registration certificate number (if this data is available in the connected data service).

Smart data completion right in the application

The whole process is designed to be as simple as possible. After entering the VIN, just click the search button and the system automatically fills the available data straight into the vehicle form.

The result is a fast, accurate vehicle set-up in the system without having to look up technical details.
