Where the machine is and whether it is on the right site

Draw the construction site on the map as a zone. The system records when the machine arrived and left, and alerts you when it leaves the zone. You know exactly when work started and finished.

Engine hours without manual timesheets

We read engine hours from the machine's own computer, or our unit measures them from engine running time. You get reliable data for invoicing by job and cost centre, and for machine rental.

Working, or just idling?

On machines connected to the CAN bus we read engine speed and tell work under load from idling. We also recognise transport on a low loader, so the move is not counted as work.

Service based on engine hours

The system reminds you in advance of servicing, oil changes or inspections based on engine hours, odometer reading or date. No deadline slips through.

Fuel under control

We monitor consumption from the machine's computer or from a retrofitted flow meter. If fuel disappears from a parked machine, you receive a text message with the machine's name and exact location.

Alarms at night and at weekends

Set your working hours. If a machine is started or moved outside them, you get a text message, an e-mail or an in-app notification. This also works for compressors and generators.

A solution for every machine on site

Heavy machinery

We fit excavators, loaders, rollers, cranes and pavers with a professional unit connected to the CAN bus (J1939). It reads engine hours, engine speed and fuel consumption, and through its inputs also monitors attachments such as pumps or the PTO. It works on 12 V and 24 V and has its own backup battery. If the power is disconnected, it raises an alarm and keeps reporting its position. It stores data even without signal and sends it as soon as the signal returns.

Compressors, generators and pumps

Small equipment with its own battery gets a compact GPS unit. You see location, engine hours and alerts for movement outside working hours, even on machines that move frequently between sites.

Containers, site cabins and tools

Equipment without a power supply is tagged with a coin-sized BLE chip that lasts several years without charging. The system records which vehicle transported it and where it was last left. If you need the location even outside the range of our vehicles, a standalone battery-powered GPS tracker is available.

Machines of different brands in one app

Our unit works regardless of the machine manufacturer, so you see your entire fleet in one place. If your machines already send data to the manufacturer's telematics, we will discuss an individual integration with you. We have hands-on experience with connecting to different data protocols.
