Information on the processing of personal data
This document on the processing and protection of personal data has been drawn up so that
data subjects (natural persons) can learn how and why our company collects,
processes and protects their personal data, in an effort to respect the rights of data subjects to
the fullest extent possible.

C 113606 (hereinafter the “processor”), declares that it handles the personal data of data subjects which
it processes for the purposes of market research or public opinion surveys in accordance with
applicable legislation within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), as well as other
related national legislation, and in a manner that ensures
the highest possible level of protection.

About our marketing communications:
To simplify matters, make things more convenient for customers (including prospective ones) and speed up the sending
of information to potential customers, our company has made it possible for those interested in our services
to send enquiries online. For this purpose, an online contact form has been set up on our company's
website. The purpose of these enquiries is not to collect respondents' personal data.
Through our contact form, customers can ask about GPS/GSM
monitoring services and options, request a demo version of our GPS/GSM monitoring web
application, send requests for price quotes and so on. We process all data concerning the
needs of businesses or consumer preferences anonymously.

Our company collects personal data only to the extent absolutely necessary. When sending
marketing information, our company must obtain the enquirer's contact details in order
to contact them, to send them the information they have requested or to
clarify the requirements for preparing a price quote. We occasionally need personal data for
administrative reasons and reasons arising from legislation, in particular for the purposes of
respondents' rights (see below). Our research does not involve any special category of personal data, i.e.
sensitive data on health, religion and the like.

Cookie policy:
We use cookies, for example, to store your settings, to track the number of
visitors to a page and to protect your data. Cookies are important – without them,
browsing the website would be much more complicated. A cookie is a short text file that
a website you visit sends to your browser, and it makes it possible to record information about
your behaviour on the site (e.g. your choice of preferred language or other settings).

You can also allow or block cookies directly in your web browser
settings. You will find the exact procedure in your browser's help.

Our company also uses traffic and visitor monitoring services for the company's
website in order to compile statistics on visitor numbers and the popularity of
our company's website.

In our enquiries and market research, we always try to limit the collection and
processing of personal data as much as possible. We protect the privacy and anonymity of our respondents
in accordance with applicable laws and ethical rules.

Personal data
What personal data we process:

Personal data of potential customers and business partners, for example the contact details
needed for communication regarding the preparation of price quotes.

Personal data of enquirers – for example identification and contact details for storing data in
a database so that we can contact them in further surveys (we ask for consent here).
This mainly concerns contact information for the purpose of sending an offer,
contacting them and sending marketing information, strictly in relation to the subject of the enquiry
and our company's line of business. When a contract for the operation of GPS/GSM
monitoring is concluded, a separate personal data processing agreement is signed.

This is data that we obtain directly from you, not from public or other sources.

Access to personal data and your other rights
Under the legal definition, a controller of personal data is any entity that determines the purpose and
means of processing personal data and carries out the
processing, collection and storage of such data for the purpose it has determined. Applicable legislation also allows the controller
to entrust the processing of personal data to a processor, which is any entity that, on
the basis of a special law or authorisation, processes personal data for the controller. Even in these
cases, the controller and the processor are obliged to ensure the highest level of protection of your
personal data.

We place great emphasis on the security of your personal data, the confidentiality of our
employees, compliance with internal guidelines and the selection of contractual partners. Using a whole
range of security technologies and procedures, we protect your personal data against
unauthorised access, use or disclosure. The data you provide to us is
stored on computer servers with restricted access located in
secure facilities.

When we process personal data, you have the right to ask us for information on what
personal data we process about you, the purpose and nature of the processing, and the recipients of the personal
data. We will be happy to provide you with all of this information. At the same time, we are entitled and even
obliged to ask you to verify your identity so that we can be sure that none of this
information is disclosed to a third party.

If you believe that we are processing your data in breach of the law,
you are entitled to ask us for an explanation or to have the unlawful situation remedied.
If we breach our obligations, you also have the right to contact the Czech
Office for Personal Data Protection and request that corrective measures be taken. You may also at any time
request that your data be corrected, supplemented or erased.

In particular, you have the following rights when we process your personal data:

Right to information about the processing of personal data
When we process your personal data, you have the right to information including the identity and
contact details of the controller and its representative, the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal
data concerned, the recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data, information on transfers of personal
data to third countries, the period for which the personal data will be stored, authorised controllers, the source of the
personal data processed and information on whether and how automated
decision-making and profiling take place. You have the right to be provided with copies of the personal
data being processed.

Right to rectification
If you find that the personal data we process about you is out of date or inaccurate,
please let us know using the contact details below and we will correct it
immediately.

Right to erasure
In certain cases laid down by law, for example where the purpose of the
processing no longer applies, where you withdraw the consent you have given us and we have no other legal
basis for processing your personal data, or where you have raised a legitimate
objection to the processing, we are obliged to erase your personal data. In this context,
however, we would like to point out that the right to erasure does not apply to personal data that
we need to fulfil our legal obligations or to protect our legitimate interests.
We therefore have to assess each such request individually, because in
some cases the controller has an obligation or a legitimate interest to retain the personal data.

Right to object
If we process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest,
you have the right to object to this processing with the competent supervisory authority,
which is the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Right to restriction of processing
In special cases, for example when you object to the processing of your personal data
or contest the accuracy and correctness of your personal data, you have the right to request
restriction of such processing. In that case, the data is flagged and not processed
further, other than being stored.

Right to data portability
If you have given us your consent to the processing of personal data, or if
the processing of your personal data is based on a contract you have concluded with us,
and the processing of your data is carried out by automated means, you have the right to
receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used
and machine-readable format, and you also have the right to ask us to transmit it directly
to another controller, where technically feasible.

Right not to be subject to automated decision-making
You have the right not to be subject to any decision based solely on
automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or
similarly significantly affects you. This does not apply if you consent to automated
decision-making, including profiling, if it is necessary for entering into a contract,
or if it is authorised by law.
