We use SensFleet for a better overview and control of our machinery and vehicles. In our case, it is not only about knowing where a vehicle currently is. What matters most to us is being able to document retrospectively where and when a machine worked and how it was used.

That makes the day-to-day running of our municipal services far easier. We have much better oversight of the work carried out and, when needed, we can easily trace the history of a particular vehicle or machine. For dispatching the city's winter road maintenance it is absolutely indispensable. We also use the system's data as supporting evidence during inspections and when documenting completed work for the city, the region or other institutions.

A major advantage for me is that the system does not stand still. It keeps evolving, and new requirements can be discussed with the SensFleet team. When we need something adjusted or a specific operational requirement resolved, I appreciate the direct communication and the effort to find a solution that genuinely works in practice.

I rate the cooperation itself just as positively. Whether it is arranging an installation date, servicing or handling a request, communication is quick and helpful and we always work together to find a suitable time and approach.

So GPS monitoring is not just about tracking vehicles for us. It is a tool that gives us a better overview of the work our services do, lets us rely on concrete data, and keeps the information we need available at any time.
