GPS ACCEPT – TIMBER INTAKE

Keep every timber delivery under control – from plan to intake

GPS Accept links planned deliveries with real GPS data from the trucks and the driver's arrival notice. It checks every haul automatically and reveals discrepancies before you pay for them. Completed intakes go straight to your ERP.

The system has been in live operation for years at a major Czech wood processor, checking roundwood deliveries from dozens of suppliers and hauliers every day. And with EUDR coming into force, we are ready to help you document the origin of your timber.

What GPS Accept gives you

Protection against fraud and errors in reported routes

For every haul, the system automatically compares the GPS distance driven with the optimal route. You see deviations at a glance and approve only what checks out.

Works with your hauliers' telematics

We receive GPS data from a range of hauliers' systems. Hauliers don't need to change or install anything.

Arrival notice by simple text message

The driver sends a text with the licence plate and order code, the system checks it against planned deliveries and replies automatically. No app on the driver's phone.

Gate planning and arrival dispatch

A weekly overview of announced deliveries by day and supplier, arrival confirmation, a live queue of announced trucks and tracking of outstanding orders.

Delivery planning and supplier orders

Generate planned deliveries from requests in bulk, split by species and length, and the system sends them out to suppliers and hauliers.

ERP integration

Supplier lists synchronised with your ERP and completed intakes written back to your systems automatically. No manual re-typing.

Reports and exports

Volumes in m³ by species, supplier, haulier and period, exported in a few clicks. An integration log keeps every operation traceable.

Ready to help with EUDR

What EUDR brings

From 30 December 2026 the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) applies. For timber, it will be necessary to document its origin, the legality of harvesting and that no deforestation occurred after 31 December 2020.

Who it affects

The due diligence statement is submitted by whoever first places the timber on the market. Downstream buyers – sawmills and traders – receive and keep its reference number.

Data you already have

For every haul, GPS Accept records where the loaded truck set off, which way it went and when it arrived. This data can serve as a basis for documenting the origin of timber.

Let's go through it together

We're happy to discuss what EUDR means for your operation and how our solution can help. This information is indicative only; responsibility for the statement lies with whoever places the timber on the market.

How GPS Accept works

Paper and phone-based intake can't tell whether a truck really went where it should have and whether the load matches the order. GPS Accept checks every haul for you – in four steps.

1. Plan

Generate planned deliveries from requests, with volume, species, length and haulier.

2. Data

GPS data arrives automatically from the hauliers' telematics, and the driver announces arrival by text message.

3. Check

The system matches the data with the order by licence plate and compares the route driven with the optimal one. It also flags duplicates and invalid deliveries.

4. Intake

The gate confirms receipt, the intake gets a number and is written straight to your ERP.
